1. The service
AI Emoji is a personal AI sticker-creation tool. You can create sticker packs from a permitted photo or text prompt, guide a recurring character through different moments in Character Studio, and manage the results in My Packs. The app does not provide a public sticker marketplace or community feed.
2. Account and subscriptions
You may create an account with Sign in with Apple. Auto-renewing subscriptions and purchases are sold by Apple through the App Store; pricing and benefits are shown in the app. You can manage or cancel a subscription through your Apple ID settings. Apple’s billing and refund rules apply.
3. Your content and permissions
You are responsible for the photos, prompts, and content you submit. Only use a photo when you have the necessary permission from every identifiable person and rights holder. You grant us the limited right to process and store your content solely to provide the requested generation, your personal library, and related support/security operations. Our handling of photos is described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the app to violate law or another person’s privacy, likeness, intellectual-property, or other rights; create harmful or illegal content; impersonate someone in a deceptive way; or interfere with the service or try to access it without authorization.
5. AI output
AI-generated results can be unexpected and may not meet every request. You are responsible for reviewing generated content and for how you use or share it. The service is provided as available to the extent permitted by law.
6. Suspension and changes
We may restrict access for a violation of these Terms or when required to protect the service or users. We may update the app or these Terms; the latest version will be posted here.
